Many people of faith are struggling at work and trying to reconcile their faith values with their work situations. Richard works with his father, Henry, in discussing the application of faith to work with 125 Christian CEOs including some from Fortune 500 companies.

Richard will answer difficult questions such as:  What’s God’s goal for your career? How to understand God’s design for leadership? Blackaby Ministries offers thoughtful answers to these and other questions posed by top Christian CEOs. He is committed to teaching Christians who work to discover how to better serve God in your personal, family, work, devotional, church, and community life—and how to use business skills for His glory!

Richard earned a B.A. in history from the University of Saskatchewan. He has an M.Div and Ph.D. in church history from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and an honorary doctorate from Dallas Baptist University.  He served a senior pastor at Friendship Baptist Church in Winnipeg. He was the president of the Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary in Cochrane, Alberta for 13 years. He continues his close relationship with the Seminary by serving as its Chancellor.
